I hereby give permission to ALLI GAULIN PHOTOGRAPHS to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release.
I understand that my session fee of $995 is non refundable. I understand that I can reschedule twice in one calendar year and my session fee will transfer.
Copyright belongs to Alli Gaulin Photographs. Scanning prints and printing from the web without permission is considered a violation of copyright laws and can carry a fine of up to $250,000.
